Online Orders

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Liam Treanor Furniture will take place on the confirmation of your order which will usually be within 24 hours or the next working day following your order being placed. In the unlikely case that there are any problems with your order, you will be notified and, if necessary, fully refunded.


Product Description

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the information was added. In the case of a mistake in a description we will notify you as soon as possible.



If you wish to cancel or amend an order, you may do so by contacting us at info@liamtreanor.co.uk or calling us on 0203 774 8983. You must do this within 48 hours of placing the order. If the order has already been packaged and arrangements have been made for it to be sent out to you, we would request that you return the goods to us as soon as they have been delivered.


Refunds and Returns

If you are unhappy with your product you have 7 days to cancel your order, this must be done in writing or by either email to info@liamtreanor.co.uk. Products should be checked for damage on delivery and at the latest within 24 hours. If you request a refund, we will refund the amount you paid for your goods excluding the original delivery and the charge for returning the goods, unless faulty or damaged. The delivery charge is non-refundable. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they return to us and this causes the damage or deterioration of the products, we will charge you for the difference in value.

Any products returned should be unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, please check your goods thoroughly to ensure you are satisfied before disposing of your packaging.


Working with wood:

We use only the highest-grade timber, however, due to the nature of working with wood-based products we cannot be held responsible for minor defects, such as knots, minor differences in colour, grain and other markings. We will only use timber which has been dried to the correct moisture content, however sometimes shrinkage, warpage can still occur. If you have any problems please contact us in writing within 7 days of receiving your order. Any queries will be investigated and where necessary credited or product replaced.


Living with wood:

Wood is an active material and is therefore liable to movement due changes in moisture, temperature, humidity etc. Maintaining wooden furniture is fairly straightforward, here are some guidelines to assist: any piece should be kept in stable conditions that are not too dry or humid as wood will expand or contract according to moisture content. Generally wood will adjust to the same moisture content as its destined environment over time. Rapid drying, normally caused by air conditioning, heated floors or central heating, can lead to splitting of panels. We advise that you be wary of placing wooden furniture, especially those with wooden top surfaces, by a radiator.
